Smoothie Makin’ Machine!

My single serve blender arrived on Monday, and I’m already having so much fun trying out random concoctions. I don’t like measuring stuff, so here is an estimate of what I made this morning:

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1/3 cup frozen blueberries

1/4 cup orange juice

1/4 cup vanilla soy milk

1/4 cup soft tofu (for protein!)

1 tbsp flaxseed (for protein, fiber and Omega-3)

Estimated calories: 200
